Inspired By Blush

A Styled Shoot in Ireland, Tankardstown House.

The brief for our styled shoot in Ireland at Tankardstown Co. Meath, Blush Elegance.

When considering the over all look, inspiration was taken from the recently refurbished 18th Century reception room. It's flawless fusion of contemporary and traditional styles encouraged the use of both ornate and minimal pieces on the table scape and accessories.

Luxurious linens, light airy silks and relaxed muslins were the chosen canvas for the table scape. The heavier fabrics grounded the overall look, whilst the lighter silks added movement and and air of opulence. Brass candle holders of varying heights along with elegant tea light holders lined the centre on the table, with flowers by FLEUR WEDDINGS weaved throughout.

Each place setting hosted an ornate charger plate, reflective of the 18th Century with in the room. Dressed with a blush muslin napkin, and a small finger bowl hosting a delicate flower head. The charger, flanked by gold cutlery from CATER HIRE and elegant modern glasses. The Lady Victoria Chair from Cater Hire lined the banquet table, the perfect combination of traditional and contemporary, bringing cohesion to the overall table design
