Yes we absolutely do! We offer a 10% discount on orders of 100 metres or more. Large orders can take up to 3 weeks for production depending on our current stock. Please contact us to set up a custom order.

Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale. We are a small business and therefore are not able to offer this service.However please have a look at our large order discount.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and only issue store credits if orders are returned within 14 days of issued ribbon. The product must be unused and in the same condition it arrived. Please contact via email before returning.

When will my order ship?Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. We try to ship our orders out the next day, but during times of high volume, it can take up to three days of processing. If you need an order rushed, please click on the contact tab and send us an email. If your order is particularly large please allow two weeks. We dye everything by hand and want to offer you the highest quality product.

Colours may be affected by the acidity or alkalinity of the soap and water used to wash the ribbon. A gentle hand wash would be recommended if the ribbon does need washed. This should be done in a tepid water using a gentle pH-neautral soap (to ensure the colour of the fabric does not drastically change). The ribbon should then be air dried and kept out of direct sunlight.
To help retain its texture and integrity, the fabric must always be damp when ironing. Use the spray function on your iron, and spray as you go. Use the silk setting on your iron, always test a small corner before proceeding.

Store ribbons out of direct sunlight or in a dark place will slow the fade process down. Fading is a characteristic of colours on silk and over time the colour may shift or fade.
