Betty Williamson Weddings & Events is a bespoke and comprehensive wedding and event planning business based in the beautfiul countryside of Northern Ireland, servicing all of Northern Ireland and Ireland. With a boutique feel we offer all the necessary experience, creativity, skill, connections and much more to ensure each wedding from a traditional affair to a more alternative approach is planned and executed with all the care possible, always ensuring you the client is the top priority.
We know every bride, groom and host is different. Some want help to plan the whole day from scheduling to decor, suppliers to venues while others may only require some on the day co-ordination making sure everything runs smoothly. Or perhaps you live abroad but dream of that perfect wedding in Ireland so need a little help from someone over here. For this reason we don’t provide a list of pre-set and pre-priced packages, instead together we’ll create a bespoke package to meet your individual needs and ensure you’re getting the best value for money while staying within your budget.
So what can you expect? First up is a consultation over some tea and cake with either Betty or Laura, or over Skype if you’re a bit further afield. This consultation is an opportunity for you to interview us. To tell us what you want and to assess if we are the one’s to do it. We’ll also discuss your budget at this point and get an estimate of the total cost.
Next, when we hope you’ve decided we are the ones, we’ll go for more tea and cake and get to know each other a bit more, we’ll get our fabby note books sorted and ask lots of questions like how you met your partner, what your favourite colour is, what your style is and what you want your day to be like. We’ll sort out our plan of action and what it is we will be helping you with. We’ll also get all the contracts and formalities out of the way and the price settled so from here on in it’s fun filled planning and styling delights.
After this we will do everything in our power to ensure the planning, styling or designing process runs smoothly for you and the big day is a huge success for both you and your guests.
We understand how busy things can get so we try to be as flexible as possible with meetings including evenings and weekends to make the process as stress free and simple for you as possible.
